How far in advance should I book? +
We recommend booking at least 6–8 weeks in advance for international trips, and 4 weeks for domestic. However, we can accommodate last-minute requests — just contact us!
Is travel insurance included? +
Yes! All Zentrevo packages include comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellation, lost baggage, and more.
Can I customise a package? +
Absolutely. Every package can be tailored to your needs — different hotels, extra nights, added experiences, solo vs group travel. Just tell us what you want!
What payment options are available? +
We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and offer 0% EMI options across leading banks. A 25% deposit secures your booking.
What is your cancellation policy? +
Cancellations made 30+ days before travel receive a full refund. 15–29 days: 75% refund. Under 15 days: subject to supplier terms. Travel insurance covers most scenarios.
